Marsi Hubbard, founder of hair and makeup team, Brite Beauty, desires to impact others in a positive way through Brite design. Her founding principle is to Live Beautiful, Inside and Out. By serving others through business, leadership, and beauty, she creates, connects, and inspires every single day. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University, a wife and mother, a friend, and this boss babe is armed with a cosmetology license, seeking to change the world one glam session at a time.

Because we desire to do good, serve others, and give to the greater community, we have partnered with Journey to Dream, a non profit organization here in North Texas that serves at-risk teens within local schools through school programs and mentoring groups. They recently extended their mission with Kyle’s Place, a homeless shelter for teens.

Most importantly, a portion of all Brite Beauty profits, both service and product sales, go to Journey to Dream and the Brite Beauty Makers serve the young women living at Kyle’s Place by donating their time to glam up these incredible young ladies to help them see just how beautiful they really are!”
